When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the purchase date and shipped the next day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After that, it will take 8-10 business days for delivery.

Shipping to some countries in Latin America may take 20-30 business days.

Will I be charged taxes and customs fees?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-exempt, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office.
